The athletics events I've learnt this term are, shot put, relays, discus and high jump. I found it quiet helpful for discus that you can run up to throw the discus and use your legs to make sure it goes far. I made sure to bring my PE gear for every session practising for the athletics, I also participated in every practise for the athletics. I had fun running in the relays running in the 100m, and 200m sprints, high jump was fun also I wasn't wearing much colour on the day except for the yellow paint on my face.
