Visualisation - Better Reading
What is Visualisation? You may ask.
When authors write books, they use describing words in their stories,
when they do that, and when you read a story that has interesting describing words, you would normally imagine a picture in your head, and sometimes when to imagine a picture in your head, you would want to try and mimic that picture inside of your head on to a piece of paper, either drawing or, writing.
What is the Task?
Our task was to listen to the story Mr Mitchell was reading and picture the facts in our head. The story he was reading was about 'The Teacher' while he was reading he also described the teacher, after he read the story he said to put the description he just read out in our head, so we did just that. After he finished reading the description of 'The Teacher' he asked us to draw the description we see in our head, this is what I was thinking the teacher looks like, here's a picture.
